PP welding machine
PP welding machine mainly welds by heating plate controlled by temperature. During welding, the heating plate is placed between two PP plates, and when the workpiece clings to the heating plate, the PP plates begin to melt. After a preset heating time elapses, the plate on the surface of the workpiece will reach a certain degree of melting. At this time, the workpiece is separated to both sides, the heating plate is moved away, and then the two workpieces are merged together. When a certain welding time and welding depth are reached, the whole welding process is completed.
The design and typesetting are carried out by special engraving software configured in the computer, and the information of design and typesetting is automatically transmitted to the engraving machine controller by the computer, and then the controller converts the information into a signal (pulse train) with power that can drive the stepping motor or servo motor, and controls the engraving machine host to generate the X, Y and Z axes engraving feed bed diameter. The high-speed rotating engraving head onthe engraving machine can cut the machining material fixed on the workbench of the main machine by the cutter configured according to the machining material, and can engrave various plane or three-dimensional relief figures and characters designed in the computer, thus realizing the automatic engraving operation.
