Physical deodorant equipment technology uses the physiological processes of microorganisms to convert harmful substances in organic waste gas into simple inorganic substances (CO2,H2O and other simple inorganic substances).This is a harmless method of disposing of organic waste gas.

The malodorous gas is collected through the pipe and then fed into the pretreatment unit.After cleaning and humidifying, the humidity of the exhaust gas reaches more than 90%.The moisture then goes into biofilters and deodorizers.The airflow and circulating fluid complete the biogas as it passes through the biofill layer.There are three processes: liquid diffusion, liquid-solid diffusion and biological oxidation.The microorganisms in the biofilm on the surface of the biofilm feed on malodorous gaseous material.Malodorous substances and VOC are oxidized and decomposed by microorganisms, and energy is generated in the transformation process, which is the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.Energy is provided to continue the conversion of malodorous gas substances, and the purified gas is pumped away by an induced draft fan.
