CH series catalytic combustion device
Runhong Environmental Protection & Tongrun Environment CH series catalytic combustion device for moistening environment, which adopts unique "metal carrier-platinum palladium noble metal catalyst" and has high treatment efficiency. Under the action of catalyst, organic components in waste gas can be rapidly decomposed into harmless H2O and CO2 at lower temperature.
■ Brief description of principle:

The design of CH series catalytic combustion furnace depends on the exhaust air volume, VOCs concentration and removal efficiency. In the catalytic oxidation furnace, VOCs flow through the catalytic bed, and the catalyst triggers the oxidative decomposition reaction at 50℃~350℃, but the catalyst itself does not participate in the reaction. The characteristic of catalytic oxidizer is that the decomposition temperature of VOCs can be greatly reduced by using catalyst, and it is even possible that no external energy consumption is needed during normal operation. VOCs gas is preheated by heat exchanger, if the temperature is not enough, then heated by burner to reach the reaction temperature, and the heat released by oxidation will raise the temperature of the gas, and the high temperature gas will be discharged after passing through the heat exchanger.
