FZ series molecular sieve runner device
The FZ series molecular sieve runner device of Runhong Environmental Protection & Tongrun Environment can effectively absorb organic components in waste gas, and desorb them by hot nitrogen/hot air after adsorption saturation, so as to obtain waste gas with small air volume and high concentration, which is then oxidized and decomposed in catalytic oxidation equipment. It has the characteristics of low total emission of waste gas and no substances causing catalyst poisoning.
■Brief description of process principle:

Filtration: the waste gas is collected into the multistage filtration system.
Molecular sieve concentration: Molecular sieve has the characteristics of developed internal pore structure and large specific surface area. It can effectively absorb VOCs in waste gas and achieve the purpose of concentrating waste gas.
Oxidation: VOCs concentrated gas flows through the catalytic bed, and the catalyst triggers the oxidative decomposition reaction at a suitable temperature.
Heat exchange: the heat of oxidation reaction heats the gas, which is transferred to the low-temperature gas for heating the desorption gas and the inlet gas of CO furnace, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the system.
Discharge: the waste gas adsorbed and oxidized by molecular sieve is discharged from a unified chimney at high altitude.
