a. For the cover of the grease trap, adjustment tank, primary sedimentation tank, etc., the cover plate can be installed on the cement tank body; the cover plate and the cover plate are connected by stainless steel bolts to form a whole, and the middle is filled The rubber sealing strip is used to reduce the amount of air leakage from the cap. Both ends of the cover plate are fixed on the pool body with expansion screws, and the cover plate is installed with bolts and is easy to disassemble. Then open observation holes or overhaul holes according to the site conditions.

b. For aerobic pools, anoxic pools and other pools, considering the high temperature rise in summer, which may affect the activity of the bacteria in the pool, it is generally adopted to increase the height of the cover by 1.1m, and then increase it on the basis of 1.1m. Make an arched cover. For heightened walls, profiles are generally used as skeletons, and wall panels are laid on the outside. Then install plastic-steel sliding windows on the heightened wall. Generally, one is 4m, and the area of a single sliding window is not less than 0.8 square meters.

c. After the pool body is covered and sealed, the volatilized water vapor and acid gas in the pool will condense into water droplets when encountering the colder stainless steel cover. If no measures are taken, the condensed water will flow along the cover or wall panel to the cement walkway at the top of the pool. One is that the acidic condensate will be corrosive to the cement walkway, and the other is that the condensed water will cause winter walkways. Freezing, the third is that the freezing of condensed water will cause the walkway to crack. For the condensed water, our company adopts an additional condensate deflector between the cover, wall and the pool body to divert the condensate flowing from the cover or wall panel to the original pool, so as to avoid the occurrence of the above.

d. For aerobic pools and other pools that require regular desilting or regular maintenance of aeration pipelines, generally part of the removable stainless steel cover is used, and the movable area is generally not less than 30%. The opening mode is generally manual or automatic (electric). For the automatic movable cover, it is generally equipped with: synchronous motor, reducer, deflection limiter, travel switch, etc.
